Using Technology to Enhance Conceptual Understanding of Elementary Students

The focus of our discussion is to determine and describe ways of using technology to enhance conceptual understanding of students.  While the age group of focus is elementary school (ages 5-12), discussion points may be relevant to a wide variety of audiences and instructional strategies may benefit a larger range of students than those in elementary school alone.  Students will be invited to participate in their own blog, linked to this page, to give us an idea of the perspective of the young learner.  I encourage your comments and suggestions and hope that you will be able to take an idea or strategy with you to try in your own classroom or with your own child.  Happy blogging!
